It's a handsome modern bistro, all open kitchen, parquet floor, black brick and loft style, in downtown Pertuis. Rany and Romain come up with a well-calibrated €37 market menu, including gnocchi, half-cooked tuna with coconut-satay sauce and duck breast confit with orange. Pleasant service.
