Gourmet Restaurant For foodies in Alberville and the surrounding area, in less than two years, this restaurant, which opened in the middle of Covid, has become "the place to be", with a creativity and a travel bistronomy that is unanimously acclaimed. Joris Greiffemberg, who has worked at a number of high-end addresses in the Alps and on the Côte d'Azur, including La Saulire and Les Airelles in Courchevel, has mastered all the codes of modern gastronomy. Originally from Lyon, Joris and his partner previously worked for a year in Australia and made forays into Japan, a country from which they drew inspiration to bring a few touches of it into their cuisine. The plates are bubbly and punchy, the presentation is contemporary and all the products are local except for the spices and sea fish. A full house for €43!
