Chef's Restaurant Same old, same old. Le Morfal has changed its gluttony for Leptine, the hormone of satiety. Still at the helm is Steven Thiebaut Pellegrino, who worked with Arnaud Laverdin in his days at the Bijouterie, but no more sedate than before, always on the lookout for unusual pairings and personal, distinctive dishes: haddock and porcini butter mounted on pumpkin seeds, mackerel yellow beet labneh sudashi, veal picanha cockles marinière jus black garlic... In this blue-and-gray pocket setting, you can focus on the plate, the glass, and easily share your impressions with your neighbors.
