In this bustling neighborhood, this new restaurant—which promises “kisses, hugs, mayo, and harissa”—clearly doesn’t need to follow a well-trodden path. Under the banner of the satiety hormone, the menu is crafted spontaneously with bold flavor combinations: radishes, grapes, and “cervelle de canut”; eggplant, Punjabi-style, and cashews; langoustines, nori, and fermented tomatoes; miso, figs, and yogurt… Vegetarian options available.
