A magnificent hotel**** decorated by Jean-Philippe Nuel in the heart of the prefecture, the Léonor welcomes Strasbourgeois throughout the day, to stroll in the courtyard, relax in the lounges and enjoy hotel cuisine by Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal. Under the direction of Axelle and Mathias Stelter, the kitchens offer a fine execution on a fairly conventional register, a lobster salad, a tiradito of tuna, mango, avocado and coriander, a plate of octopus, corn textures and chorizo, a rack of Iberian pork, sweet potato mousseline and chimichurri condiment, a paris-brest with hazelnut and buckwheat.
