Chef's Restaurant This beautiful restaurant on the banks of the Sorgue river continues to attract tourists and locals alike. The place has charm, and the cuisine is maintained at a good level, with two toques on the beautiful tablecloths: tourteau yuzu granny avocat, maigre de ligne brocoli pamplemousse sauce verde, abricot lavande chocolat blanc, for a sequence that's starting to cost a bit (€75), but with first-rate service and a wide choice by the glass from the region.
