Gourmet Restaurant Just off the Pont de l'Université, this authentic Lyonnais bistro has been in business for over a hundred years, with the principle of handing down from MOF Williams to his daughter Audrey Jacquier always the order of the day. A taste for excellence and a mastery of the art result in exemplary creations, notably the remarkable Richelieu pâté croûte and, more generally, the entire menu, including craquillon des gones, matelote de merlu au vin rouge, colvert, lièvre à la royale, veal liver with raspberry vinegar and rice cake with candied oranges. Two formulas at €31 and €41.
