Gourmet Restaurant Audrey Jacquier's tradition is well maintained, and she knows how to rely on her father, MOF Williams, to perpetuate it. We know how to cook at Le Vivarais, without needing to show off or pull the wool over our eyes. Just try the creamy chanterelle with chestnut chips or the pâté en croûte Richelieu, braised sea bass or pike quenelle, spit-roasted stuffed piglet or calf's head. Fine game in season, good Cuisine en scène menu at €41.
