Gault&Millau's review 2025

A beautiful location above the marina to enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean in a select setting. If prices are rather high, it's obviously to maintain the standing of this renowned address. In fact, the plates are graphic and well composed, with noble products: creamy cauliflower with vanilla, perfect egg with truffle, sole de pleine mer de Bretagne façon meunière, mashed potatoes, cloud of mango, like a creamy purée with a chocolate tuile. Service is relaxed, not overly involved but doing the job as expected, with thoughtfulness and efficiency. Extensive wine cellar, with reputable estates in the region.
