Gourmet Restaurant The table remains in its niche, with a limited, controlled menu and an exceptional cellar. To accompany these superb bottles, references for all the climates of Burgundy and beyond (Dancer, Boisson, Bouzereau, Mikulski, Colin-Morey, Tollot-Beaut...), the chef has developed a menu-card at €70 or €90, where you'll find a great deal of ease: the leek-vinaigrette looks good, with its perfect egg yolk and mussel marinière; the Crisenon trout is well presented, with a two-course potato and wild garlic; barbecued duck, beet salad and sour molasses; an exotic dessert, with kiwi, matcha tea and coriander. Pleasant service.
