For the past three years, this has been one of the city's serious businesses, with Sarah and Julien Richard boasting two toques in their attractive dining room on this lively street. Chef's work at a fair price adds to the appeal of the stroll, with a modern vision based on solid fundamentals: semi-cooked yellowtail in colonnata veil with red wine matelote jus, Mediterranean sea bass, shellfish and seaweed with lemongrass, celery, green apple and caviar, citrus crêpes with bergamot sorbet in a very good €55 evening menu, offering choice and a few extra dishes, such as chicken with truffles, which can be upgraded to €65 or €75 with one or two extra dishes. A well-stocked cellar in the region (Hauvette, Eole, Mas de la Dame...), a professional welcome for an address that's on a roll.
