Remarkable Restaurant Winner of the Gault&Millau d'Or trophy at the last Tour Bretagne, Luc Mobihan is indeed a placid chef, but that doesn't rule out temperament and talent. Together with Isabelle, he has turned his local house outside the ramparts into a beacon for gourmet sailors. At the Mobihan, you're sure to have a good time. Without moderation, we dive into the deep end with this fine €110 menu that moves from land to sea and back again, all in sobriety and precision: shellfish on a ginger broth, mackerel treated with all due respect, citrus and vermouth cuttlefish, the interlude highlighting celery before frequenting monkfish with smoked bacon and cauliflower risotto, cream of local goat's cheese and fig dessert. A sequence that Isabelle follows with all the necessary advice in an exploratory cellar, and quite exciting when she comments on it with erudition.
