A rare marine table in the Doubs, for lovers of coasts and rivers. The table is classic, rather wise and serious, with a good mastery of its subject. Plates include pan-seared scallops, artichoke and celery marble, truffle vinaigrette, scallop tournedos, endives and mushrooms, lightly creamed emulsion, fillet of scallops, fresh asparagus, hollandaise sauce, lemon butter emulsion. Classic desserts.
