Gourmet Restaurant A venerable, well-established restaurant in the Battant district, specializing in fish dishes and offering a refined setting for special occasions and candlelit dinners. In this subdued atmosphere, the classicism of the dishes and the savoir-faire are always a welcome comfort; We recommend the aiguillettes de saint-pierre, balade de févettes, petits pois, asparagus and yuzu vinaigrette, the fish of the day with fresh asparagus, hollandaise sauce and lemon butter emulsion, a shelled lobster, coral lentils, razor clams and shellfish broth with ginger and lemongrass, a filet of beef, pan-fried duck foie gras escalope, pepper and honey mignonettes, and finally a crème brûlée with macvin.
