It's the most engaging terrace in Palavas, proving that it's possible to combine popular humor and good taste, around the plates of chef Paul Courtaux. This is true market cuisine, knowing how to capture the spirit of the seasons and render them with real savoir-faire, as in this cold fish soup in emulsion, cuttlefish and mussel, saffron ice cream, Pézenas samossas, piece of beef and panisse fries, grilled vegetables and romesco sauce, rum baba and vanilla mascarpone cream. Good service.
