Gourmet Restaurant Hotel chic well orchestrated by chef Lori Moreau for this table perched at the top of the Five Seas Hotel, where you can enjoy both a panoramic view and a contemporary, green setting. The light, well-executed dishes are a breath of fresh air, with scallop carpaccio with citrus oil and roasted hazelnuts, roasted turbot fillet with hazelnut butter, gnocchi and lovage foam, beef Wellington, and vanilla rum soufflé.
