Gault&Millau's review2026
The Lorain family's second address, this splendid 3* hotel is a popular meeting place for business travelers passing through the region, who come here to enjoy the high standards and fine cuisine of Jérôme Joubert. Having first passed through the Côte Saint-Jacques before crossing the Yonne, the chef offers a gastronomic and regional cuisine, with a seasonal menu and a menu de terroir. To discover, poached egg and trout from Crisenon, spinach and wild garlic pesto, mussel cream, steamed haddock noisettes in blackcurrant crust, vegetable méli-mélo and grey shrimp and red beet broth, filet of duckling in Burgundy sauce, polenta and piquillo skewer, green asparagus tips and split pea cream. Good wine list.
