Gourmet Restaurant The house, which once belonged to Ghislaine Arabian and then Jean-Luc Germond, has a fine history, and it's not least to the credit of chef Anthony Dorard, following in Damien Laforce's footsteps, that he has maintained this institution at a good level, keeping up with the times, and offering a fair cuisine that takes an interest in local seasonal produce: œuf parfait truite d'Artois en gravlax guacamole au paprika fumé, suprême de volaille de Licques à basse température crème de carotte et fenouil rôti, cheesecake citron cookie spéculoos coulis fruits rouges... The menu offers a good choice at around €50.
