Chef's Restaurant Rodolphe Paquin has been looking after his customers for over twenty-five years, with a passion that never wavers, welcoming loyal customers on whom he can always count. Enthusiasts know how important it is to stop in front of this innocuous shop window, concealing behind it a treasure trove of homemade charcuterie and an exceptional pâté en croûte. What's more, the chef's bistro dishes are anthology, from pressed monkfish liver and Japanese vinegar, to hen's eggs cocotte, sorrel cream and French fries, roasted grouper fillet, green asparagus and salted butter, crepinette of free-range pig's trotters with lentils, sweetbreads with chanterelles, and a superb rhubarb clafoutis. Market menu at 52 €.
