Gourmet Restaurant Recently renovated, the 3* hotel has been given a fresh new look, confirming its status as an institution in the heart of Tournus. Established here since 1956, the establishment perpetuates a spirit of well-turned tradition, put into practice in the brasserie by David Séchet. The plates deliver a good version of the regional repertoire: oeufs en meurette, jambon persillé, a quenelle of pike with Nantua sauce, frogs' legs with parsley, a classic boeuf bourguignon, poultry supreme with morel mushroom sauce and fresh tagliatelle, a Grand Marnier soufflé. Efficient service.
