Simplicity with good Burgundian taste in a local bistro format that suits everyone, from travelers in search of terroir to locals rediscovering their roots in a modern-day version: pressé de tête de cochon, rabbit terrine pâté en croûte "des côtes bretonnes", saucisson lyonnais, mousseline de grenouilles au cresson, entrecôte montbéliarde...
