Gourmet Restaurant Near the quays, this traditional bistro with its burgundy facade is slowly aging. In this context, the dining room, with its crystal chandeliers and debonair allure, retains a certain cachet, while the kitchen seems to hum a little: marrow bone and white truffle oil (actually just the slices of bread topped with a little marrow), cannelloni of salmon gravlax and avocado, vol-au-vent of sot-l'y-laisse, sweetbreads, mushrooms and green asparagus, before the millefeuille with coconut cream and candied pineapple. Wine cellar wise, like the service, well applied.
