Gourmet Restaurant The Régalty house, solid, predictable, but without any real flaws, is renewing itself with the change of hands. We had a good time, in pleasant conditions, with the menu proposed by the house's former second-in-command, most of the classics having been retained, including the noble products, lobster in salad or bisque, pigeon, and some fine fish, such as turbot or sole. We tried the menu of the day, which was pretty decent, with sardine tian, pork cheek with cider and chocolate mousse, in a fair formula at €28.
