Gourmet Restaurant At Le Leutaz, above "chez Manu" (Flocons de Sel, 19/20), large tables gather to celebrate the mountains, Savoyard dishes and family spirit. Yet the cuisine is not only rustic, it's even a little minty, with the fine pannequet of trout with farmhouse goat's cheese, the filet of Arctic char with kaffir lime hollandaise or the pluma tataki. We all agree, however, on the fondue or, Opinel in hand, on the excellent beef Wellington-style. Our thirst is quenched by a selection of well-chosen local gorgeons.
