Chef's Restaurant This is one of the finest restaurants in the Mâcon region, in a reassuringly rustic bourgeois setting. Chef Frédéric Michel conscientiously weaves a fine traditional cuisine, combining seasonal, regional and classic products, with a lot of flair: beef cheek confit with brouilly, trout ravioli with herbs and salsa verde, Quintard squab cooked on orange carcass jus... A good seasonal menu at €68, with desserts of the moment, including a good chocolate pear caramel and tonka. Well-equipped classic cellar.
