Just north of Mâcon, Frédéric and Céline Michel are at the helm of this beautiful Bresse inn, an ideal stopover on vacation or for special occasions. The interior reflects the image of the house: refined and traditional, with beautiful beams, family furniture and meticulous table settings. The chef deploys his vision of regional cuisine, with noble products and elegant reinterpretations, a pressé of Dombes duckling leg with foie gras, gingerbread, pear and beet, fresh frogs sautéed as in Dombes, etrez butter with parsley, Miéral Bresse chicken, tenderloin and stuffed leg, spinach and Nizerel squash, light cream sauce with Crémant de Bourgogne, pear cru-cuit with parsnip ganache, honey sorbet and dulcey.
