Gourmet Restaurant In a small pedestrian street a stone's throw from the sea, a table overlooking Banyuls. Aurélien Laget invites us to share his market-fresh cuisine, featuring classic summer products: burrata, tomato and pistou, or tuna fillets cooked in a marinade, served with avocado purée and fresh herb cheese. Farmhouse pork chop is cooked a la plancha, then locked in a casserole to infuse with thyme, served with seasonal vegetables and Tarbais beans. The presentation of desserts would benefit from greater clarity, to avoid overlapping of products, because the peach with verbena and its granita on a mascarpone cream was a great idea. A table with definite potential, with its pleasant pedestrian terrace, sometimes hesitant but dedicated service, and good room management. Cellar forged on the nearby vineyard.
