People in Clermont don’t have to think too hard when it comes to choosing a restaurant for a special occasion. At Xavier Beaudiment’s, they find everything they’re looking for. Understated yet unpretentious prestige, traditional comfort in a contemporary setting, and the signature style of an excellent chef who maintains his three-toque rating year-round. Two introductory menus at €55 and €75, and a beautiful pastoral symphony with the grand menu at €195 that takes you on a journey through forests, around lakes and rivers, across fields and meadows, and past farmyards and farms. A chic atmosphere created by a discerning clientele and meticulous service, complemented by an extensive wine cellar featuring wines from across France at fair prices.
