Gault&Millau's review2026
It's one of the finest hotels in the region, not for the number of stars, but for the unique charm of this old XVIIᵉ century house, evoking a postcard Provence, with its beautiful terrace under the trees. The Alonso family has made this place a must-see on sunny days, which a regional and rather sought-after cuisine accompanies in perfect harmony. The menu includes open ravioli of lobster and artichokes sautéed raw, turbot supreme with celery risotto and chorizo cream, partridge stew with cabbage embeurrée and grenailles, venison medaillon with cranberries, celery and mushroom mousseline, and hot soufflé with Grand Marnier. Truffle dishes are also recommended.
