On the pretty Place des Cardeurs, the cuisine is more elaborate than its neighbors, offering a contemporary plate drawing on all current trends: foie gras and eel, yellowtail and pata negra sashimi, scallops and black garlic panisses with smoked paprika devil sauce, filet mignon of pork and foie gras wellington style with teriyaki sauce. The €53 Menu offers the essentials of the menu, right up to the Aix-Brest glace amaretto.
