Gourmet Restaurant Practical old-fashioned dining on the pretty Place des Cardeurs. The menus are quite ambitious and the location also justifies the prices, with a €49 menu that shows a certain savoir-faire: foie gras with lomo bellota, grilled calamari with leche de tigre sauce, Wellington-style lamb fillet with miso lamb jus, mango pineapple sablé with pomegranate sorbet. Classic cellar with a few local wines.
