Gourmet Restaurant It's impossible to miss this large sunny veranda, full of light and energy, on the corner of Place du Mazeau. It's the stronghold of Victor Sauzay (who also worked at Sépia), a young, committed chef who keeps the table lively. The chef works with fresh produce from the slate, with a fine technique and ideas in a €28 menu: a starter of ricotta, kohlrabi and pecans, a yellowtail with a risotto of chard, sunflower seeds and pickled onions, a supreme of guinea fowl, a declination of carrots and pistachios, a rice pudding with pear and sesame. Small organic and biodynamic cellar.
