Chef's Restaurant Guillaume for the savory side, Amandine for the sweet, the union is the strength and the couple get along perfectly to provide an excellent moment with this short seasonal menu, in the spacious, light-filled setting of an old bourgeois house beautifully arranged between modern and rustic. A good Saveurs menu at €54, with red tuna tataki, spicy marinade and guacamole, roasted and confit d'Occitanie lamb, celery duo and full-bodied jus with a fine interplay of textures, on the meat as well as the celery, before the dark chocolate royal, hazelnut praline, puffed rice crisp and raspberry gel in a good chocolate-fruit marriage. Well-sorted regional cellar to bring out some pretty inexpensive discoveries.
