Gourmet Restaurant Just a few dishes from the beach, in the central Rue de Metz, a pleasant setting, well animated by an owner who takes care of everything. The atmosphere is warm, chic but not stuffy. The menu is well thought out, based on a selection of fine products. Back of smoked salmon à la ficelle, a very unctuous open lobster raviole, and why not the very generous risotto, sweetbreads in yellow wine, or this turbot accompanied by cauliflower and watercress. Desserts are in the same vein. A pretty citrus and lemongrass meringue, and this beautiful chocolate shell like a Belle Hélène pear, with melted hot chocolate. The wine list is classic and somewhat conventional. Attentive, attentive service.
