Gourmet Restaurant This former mill above Le Landion (now a 3* hotel-spa) boasts a bucolic, restful setting, with the charm of the old paddlewheel and the discreet sound of the waves from its glassed-in dining room. The chef works with local produce and regional traditions, offering a range of formulas starting at €26. Ideas include a cassolette of andouillette from Troyes, oyster mushrooms from Cussangy, granny apples and chaource, pike-perch fillet with Aube saffron and mushroom risotto, guinea fowl supreme with Othe cider sauce and vegetable tagliatelle, or a pear amandine. Friendly service. Suitable cellar.
