Gourmet Restaurant It's a perfect choice for an evening with family or friends, with this warm and inviting table on the banks of the great Saint-Estèphe pond, ideal for fine weather. With its seasonal menu, designed by Arnaud Sanchez, and its evening concerts, the house is developing a certain conviviality, which can be discovered around the Nontron goat's cheese burrata, summer truffle, parmesan crumble and salad, a grilled red tuna steak, slices of marinated vegetables grilled over a wood fire, salad and vegetable crumble with truffle oil, or a half duck breast, fries, salad and savora sabayon.
