Gourmet Restaurant At the western entrance to Mâcon, this 3* establishment boasts a good standard of accommodation, with a swimming pool for the summer, and Philippe and Mathieu's table, faithful to the seasons and inspired by the region. The €50 menu delivers on its promise, with summer truffle and shiitake, white asparagus, 18-month Comté and Jura macvin, Saône pike-perch, spinach and carrot tombée, shellfish sauce, lightly smoked veal fillet, rosemary sauce, artichoke, chard and beet, a dark chocolate, cherry and rose sphere. Lunch menu €30.
