Gourmet Restaurant This charmingly bucolic restaurant in the heart of the countryside between Cuves and Saint-Pois is unanimously acclaimed for its modern, professional and relaxed welcome, as well as for the variety of its menu, well in tune with the times: foie gras caramel de cidre, langoustine and squid ink gnocchi with arrabbiata sauce, brill fillet, risotto cromesquis, mushroom duxelles with vermouth sauce, strawberries in kadaïf, pistachio mousse, cardamom syrup.
