This beautiful Burgundian building on the banks of a branch of the Seille River possesses the rustic charm of old, well-maintained estates—a former grain mill. Here, you can relax and indulge thanks to Massimo Donatelli, who infuses a touch of sunshine from his native Abruzzo into a traditionally grounded cuisine that pairs eggs meurette with truffle risotto, snail fricassee and Bresse chicken, followed by a mascarpone-amarena tuile.
