Gourmet Restaurant There's no denying it: for those who love nature's beauty and wildness, who aren't afraid to face the elements when the sun isn't shining (rain, fog, wind...), this Moulin à Vent, just a stone's throw from France's smallest port, Port Racine, is an authentic stopover. At the helm is Antoine Fernandes, who makes every effort to use only local produce, but lately we've felt the pace has slowed, particularly with the over-simplistic desserts. The Cap Cotentin menu, at €39, is undoubtedly the best choice, with a good "Roussin de la Hague" lamb and celery fries. Cellar reminding us that the first vineyards are only a few hours away by car.
