Gourmet Restaurant La situation de cette belle maison de pierre, face à la lande venteuse et l'anse Saint-Martin, est unique. Placés dans de telles dispositions, les convives se laissent porter vers la mer, le chef Antoine Fernandès ne négligeant pas pour autant l'élevage normand : tataki de pigeon et chou au sésame, agneau "roussin de la Hague" et frites de céleri, sponge cake kinako et caramel au miso dans une bonne proposition à 40 € qui inclut aussi le poisson du jour en alternative. Un menu dégustation à l'aveugle pour 85 €, un autre, de prestige, à 125 € avec homard, ormeau et langoustine.
