Gourmet Restaurant The brand makes no secret of the local bias of this restaurant run by young associates, ideally placed in the main thoroughfare. The inspiration, however, is more worldly. A case in point is the tender Galician-style octopus with a piquillo coulis and a parsley and lemon confit mousseline. The "patatas bravas" are a little less relevant. Back to Roscoff with a perfectly cooked cod steak. To accompany it: a creamy Jerusalem artichoke sauce and a few regional touches in the form of carrots glazed with chouchen, Batz island grenailles and a langoustine butter with wakame. As for the Christmas-spiced poached pear served in the heart of winter, it's as gourmet as it gets. Although the cellar is limited, the selection is not lacking in relevance. In the Loire: Catherine and Pierre Breton, domaine des Hautes Noëlles, Noëlla Morantin... arbois from domaine de la Pinte... Small, bright and simply furnished room. A toque of encouragement!
