A Médoc landmark, renowned for its traditional cuisine and timeless bistro feel. Molded wood and handsome wine cabinets frame the dining room, where chef Michael Lemonnier serves up a fine classical score, with foie gras parfait, ravigote calf's head, hake and a declination of white asparagus, duck confit à la bordelaise and simmered lamprey-style, roast pigeon flambéed in Armagnac with warm foie gras escalope, citrus crème brûlée with lime and orange zest. Nice cellar.
