Chef's Restaurant Chic and wise, the Lion d'Or table holds its own for all visitors, French and Anglo-Saxon, from the nearby beaches. At this level of quality, there's no doubt that connoisseurs will be delighted with the impeccable €39 menu: veal tartare with sesame knife and freshly grated oyster hoisin, beef cheek confit with sake, shallot and artichoke, honey cream and whipped cream, apricots and sesame crunch... With the €52 formula, the choice of products is upmarket and prestigious, the service is attentive, and the cellar is full of fine labels.
