Chef's Restaurant The second table at Les Crayères is the perfect way to enjoy an elegant lunch or dinner, at the level of two toques, in the exclusive setting of the Château des Princes de Polignac. Admittedly, the setting is less prestigious than the grand hall at Les Crayères, but the garden is very pleasant in fine weather, the service is that of a grand house, and the price-pleasure ratio exceeds many in the city: thanks to an elegant, contemporary menu, with mullet ceviche with mango and papaya condiment, pollack with coconut curry sauce, veal grenadin Milanese style and a number of fine dishes to share. And the cellar takes advantage of the house's vast resources to offer a judicious selection at the best possible price.
