Gault&Millau's review 2026

The place is a little anonymous, like a hotel storefront. The menu itself has the trappings of banality, but over the years this has become an asset for Hide Kobayashi, who has long demonstrated his mastery of basic French cuisine. And on the plate, everything works very well, from escargots to chocolate millefeuille, daube and parmesan risotto, beef tongue in spicy sauce or 5h lamb shoulder.
