Chef's Restaurant What great alpine chef doesn't have his own table on the slopes? Edouard Loubet, who was Gault&Millau Chef of the Year in 2011, is no exception to the rule, pleasing his many fans with this Grizzly on the heights of the Col de la Croix Fry. The scenery is superb, the dishes generous and tasty, and the chef's touch is as inspired as ever, in the flavours, in the well-balanced herbal aromas and in the generosity. His teams follow the rules to the letter and lavish the best care: pâté croûte, marbled ham on the bone, pormonier en croûte, fondue, tartiflette, tourte au reblochon, diots au vin rouge, pithiviers de gibier de montagne... And the dessert table is truly irresistible!
