Chef's Restaurant In all the world's major destinations, every palace is obliged to offer its gilded clientele an Italian table, which is sometimes their gastronomic reference. Four Seasons Paris therefore welcomes the George, not forgetting that it is also called, for many regulars, the George V Hotel. Elegant surroundings, refined dishes, entrusted to the experienced Simone Zanoni, everything is naturally under control to enjoy the best pasta in Paris. The sea bass crudo and green apple or the tomato confit tatin with cacio e pepe ice cream, the tortellini carbonara and the chocolate stracciatella dessert keep the price under €100, without touching the Milanese veal chop or the beef tagliata.
