Chef's Restaurant A superlative establishment in the heart of Europe's highest winter sports resort. An 800 m² spa with omnipresent luxury, a five-star hotel with sixty rooms, and no less than four dining options, including a wine bar. At the top of the pyramid, the Diamant Noir offers both panoramic views of the peaks and top-notch cuisine by Eric Samson, whom we discovered at L'Imaginaire in Terrasson. There are plenty of luxury items on the menu (truffles, crab, caviar, abalone and venison), but you can also indulge yourself without spending too much with the attractive four-course formula.
