Refined traditional dining, the image of a gourmet Alsace with a long tradition of gastronomy. It's Jean-François Royer who continues the adventure with seriousness and know-how, the dressings are meticulous, the cooking precise. Take the pulse of the house with the Terroir menu at €33 (even if it lacks a bit of terroir), the smoked halibut with citrus vinaigrette and guacamole, the meagre back with lobster and saffron sauce, the pan-fried apples with mint cider emulsion and apple gelato with carambar ice cream. Good service, regional and general wine cellars.
