A fine, reputable restaurant that brings this charming village to life by offering traditional cuisine updated by chef Jean-François Royer, with a clear southern flair and Italian influences—such as vitello tonnato, tomato and mozzarella, alongside well-executed seafood dishes such as sea bream with leeks and smoked bacon cream or fish stew with croutons and aioli. A good set menu for €42 that also features classics (confited pork cheek with chanterelles and zucchini) and a delicious dessert of chocolate sorbet with fromage blanc.
