It's a generous table, representative of the Daguerre district, both close to its popular roots and forward-looking. Sébastien Dagoneau's cuisine expresses creativity, designed to be shared and enjoyed in a human-scale setting. The menu-card features dishes starting at €35 for lunch: leeks with vadouvan, celery remoulade and parmesan crumble granny, lomo shavings, filet of sea bream a la plancha, saffron rice pilaf, red onion compote with fennel and fresh herbs, melting braised pork shoulder, apple compote and ginger-snapped polenta, refreshed creamy chocolate, cocoa sorbet, coffee emulsion and crumble.
