Gourmet Restaurant This third Boutary unit adopts the house color codes, in flashy black and red, and, as elsewhere, advocates a unifying cuisine, with fashionable ingredients and enough variety to win consensus: pan-fried supions with Colonnata bacon and guindillas or burrata to share, mackerel with hibiscus granita, the famous Boutary caviar potato, roasted monkfish or braised leg of farmhouse cabbage with wild garlic and hay-smoked feta. You won't go wrong at the end either, with brillat-savarin marbled with walnuts and cardamom coffee tiramisu. Good choice by the glass with Thévenet, Amirault, Gitton...
