With its red-and-black façade and a chic, modern vibe, this Comptoir isn’t quite the kind of bar where old buddies hang out. Here you’ll find beautifully plated, on-trend dishes: marinated trout with coffee mascarpone mousse, the famous potato with house-made caviar, skate fillet stuffed with shrimp, and confit pork cheek with cider sabayon… The desserts are equally sophisticated: za’atar-spiced peach with white chocolate mousse, all in an atmosphere of regulars.
