We're keeping faith with this loyal, well-placed little address, which knows how to renew its compositions while wisely keeping the basics (the butter galette at €3.90, the butter-sugar wheat galette at €3.90). Specialties include "La Brocéliande" with smoked bacon, egg and Emmental cream, and "La Pendruc" with smoked sausage. On the sweet side, "L'Élephantesque", banana chocolate caramel almond whipped cream. Wine by the glass and cider at €4.20 per bolée.
