The signs in a row on Rue de Strasbourg tend to look the same, but this Clown continues to amuse and please us, with its frank and varied offering of a well-assumed bistro tradition: for the €38 formula, an honest pâté en croûte from the chef, the back of cod with asparagus and potato in a chicken sauce with mussels and cream, or the Iberian pork presa with chimuchurri sauce before the apple rum raisin strudel with caramel sauce.
