Just outside Montpellier, this large, chic brasserie is the perfect place for an evening out with family or friends, or a lunch with colleagues, where you can indulge while remaining chic. The spirit of conviviality and elegance is reflected in the dishes, with something for everyone, in a contemporary vein: black tiger prawns with clementine, lemon ginger and lime zest, squid ink risotto, octopus tentacles caramelized with honey, lamb shoulder confit, pommes grenailles and lamb jus with foie gras, chocolate pistachio dome, coconut and crème anglaise. Remarkable cellar, with choice and references (Jacquesson, l'Anglore, domaine Clavel, Montcalmès, mas Jullien, Xavier Braujou, Daumas Gassac, Peyre Rose, Trevallon, Jean-Louis Chave, Cal Demoura...).
