Last year, we rewarded Ciro's and its chef, who has since left for other climes. The chic, contemporary, seafood cuisine has been maintained, to the delight of holidaymakers on the Planches: oysters and seafood, grilled octopus, babaganoush lean on skin, Kagashima wagyu, and great classics like sole meunière, grilled turbot, salt-crusted sea bass.
