Gourmet Restaurant Just behind the Quai des Grands Augustins, Mehdi Bencheikh has been bringing this restaurant to life for the past twenty years, with a rigorous and unwavering dedication. Diligent, sensitive to the passage of time, always contemporary, and a place with a loyal clientele, the restaurant defends a terroir-based bistronomy, highlighting the origins and producers. We start with a green asparagus from M. Latour green asparagus, dill sauce, lemon brunoise, potato chips, coriander and aniseed, wild sea bream from Loctudy, peas, rhubarb, galanga emulsion and verbena powder, or roasted duckling from Challans, fennel confit, kale, peanut butter, sesame oil and strong jus, followed by cheeses from COW, caramelized buckwheat cream, Inaya chocolate ganache and hazelnuts.
